Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway.

No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

Termination by Third Parties

Some of our assessments and qualifications are operated by a third party such as an Awarding Body or trade body (such as CITB) and candidates will be required to adhere to their terms and conditions.

Both The Digital College and the relevant third parties may reserve the right to cancel an assessment or revoke a qualification/award/certificate where we or they believe these terms and conditions have been materially breached. The candidate will not be eligible for any form of refund. In these cases the candidate will have the right to appeal via our Appeals Process.
